2019 Nissan Pathfinder SL 4WD

Amazing experience at Wallace Nissan. Very low pressure, pleasant environment. Salesman was great, explained everything. He also stayed 90 minutes past closing to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Finance manager was also great, not pushy, smooth experience. I was on the market for a new vehicle after 20 years! I visited TWO dealerships in my Pompano beach area and Delray Beach! Disappointed I was to say the least! I ended up looking at NISSAN USA website and ended up with their recommendations to visit Wallace Nissan in Stuart, 60 miles North from my hometown Pompano! Found a vehicle on Wallace Nissan website and called Monday morning early and asked if they could reserve truck with vin # RN612610 ( Michelle answered and pleasantly said sure, and gave the info to the sales manager) My wife and I drove that same morning Jan 8, 2024 to Stuart, took about an hour and 15 minutes! Arrived and greeted by Christian Conklin, I introduced myself and he already new about the vehicle I wanted to see!! THAT IS WHAT. I CALLED SERVICE! Michelle trusted me, I was going to be coming!! Well this was a very pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle without having the feeling of being pressured! Christian was very helpful, made my wife and I comfortable and was easy for us to decide to purchase the truck I wanted! The sales manager Mr. Mifflin Hood who was the one to approve or reject the price agreement was very emphatatic, mild mannered,intelligent,honest,friendly, knowledgeable and genuine, introduced himself and sat with us and listened to my EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THE DEALERSHIPS NEAR MY HOMETOWN!! He made it so simple and easy, after listening to my wife and I , He accepted my offer! He made my wife and I very happy customers, PEOPLE IT WAS WORTH THE DRIVE TO STUART ! I had a problem with a tire. . I was given an appointment . It took just a minute to find the problem , the service writer came and explained the situation and it was resolved . The tire was not damaged as we thought it might be and I was able to keep the tire . They did an inspection on the car and found the battery was going bad so under my warranty they replaced it . I really enjoyed my experience with the service writer . I was having a day from hell , she was very helpful., It made my day better . . Nissan is a great company to do business with . The two dealerships that I use are very similar with customer service at its top priority. They try to keep the vehicle in good condition to last a little bit longer and operate in peak condition . They care !
