Update: We did get our car back today after having the dealership tow our rig back to Pasco from Oregon. Apparently they neglected to tell us to drive the car around for a few weeks so that the ‘new’ engine could get running properly. A hose I guess popped off and that is why we lost all the fluid in our radiator. Thank goodness it was a simple fix. But I have to acknowledge that they did make our car a priority this morning. If we could have actually been camping this weekend I would give 5 stars. Here is hoping they are good with their word on this and we are ready to travel soon! Our engine died in our 2018 Nissan Armada back in November 2023 so we had it towed to the dealership. They quoted us almost $20k for an engine replacement plus labor - mind you we own the car and it is in great physical condition. So they suggested a less expensive route was for us to purchase an engine ourselves and have them install it. They gave us a few places to check and we finally found an engine in June that we paid $5800 for and had it shipped to them. Nissan then spent several weeks to work on replacing our old with the new, had us buy some other part that was $1k and finally, they had the car 98% ready for us to take back. They tested the car engine supposedly and found an oil leak then told us the ac compressor was leaking but still said we could take the car and bring it back for them to replace the ac compressor since they did not have one in stock. $7k total for labor and additional parts but we paid it just happy to have our car back. Decided less than 24 hours later that we wanted to pull our trailer and go out of town to camp since we haven’t been able to do so. About 20 minutes away from Pendleton the engine started to splutter and then smoke and now we are on the side of the road. Called Nissan they said the warranty only covered labor…well to me obviously the labor was shoddy because this happened. Only offered to tow the car back but now we won’t get it back u til next week. Not super happy that they said everything was good to go…so yeah, we will see how the ‘repai’ goes before I change the review.

Most flawless car buying experience I’ve had in years, flew in to Pasco Airport from SeaTac in Seattle, was picked up by sales associate Samuel Alaniz, took me for a test drive in the vehicle I was buying. Once we arrived to the dealership they were prompt and got paperwork filled out quickly. Professional , friendly and good people. Definitely recommend purchasing here. Thanks Sam!

Debbie is really a kind and caring person she displays on the TV commercials. Because she sat with me to visit while I was waiting for my 2015 Nissan Sentra to be looked at because of the poor air conditioner, I drove away in a 2025 Nissan Leaf with a working air conditioner. That's significant because I am on Social Security. The long story short is that because Debbie just sat to visit and caringly listened and knew about a government program for low income folks, I drove away in a new car.
