I had a great car-buying experience this month with the team at BMW of the Woodlands, and with Jay Ali in particular. I purchased a new i4 M50 and at no point in the process did I feel like it was a ‘me versus them’ situation. They worked to agree a reasonable deal that both parties were happy with and without the pressurized environment that can often be encountered when purchasing a vehicle.
