Setting the appointment online was really easy. When I arrived, everything was clean and dry even though it was a rainy day. I was greeted as soon as I pulled in and again when I entered the service center. I was promptly checked in by my advisor. My advisor was very friendly, took the time to talk about my service, informed me of each recommendation and price, and gave me a quote on tires, which I failed to list on my appointment request. My advisor called me within 20 minutes to inform me of a delay as their tire shipment had not yet arrived and was clear about the potential timeline. He called me again about an hour later to discuss additional recommended services. The tire shipment arrived and my advisor worked with his staff to ensure my service was done by 5pm, as promised. When I arrived to pick up, the service was just as good. My advisor insisted on checking me out even though he was clearly busy. He did not rush and was not impatient with me when I accidentally used an expired card to pay. By the time I found the right card and swiped for over $1800, I had no doubt that I’d made the right choice coming to this dealership and accepting additional services. My positive experience can almost entirely be contributed to my service advisor. Please give him a raise!
We went to 4 dealerships yesterday. KIA was the only ones who made us feel welcomed. We pretty much had our mind made up by the time we visited KIA of Murfreesboro; so, they really didn't have to do anything before we agreed to buy. Still, they were friendly, attentive, and made the buying process very easy. I also loved walking out to my new car to see it parked out front with a bow on it!
The last time I purchased a car I did everything online as I have such anxiety dealing with the car buying process! During my internet search I came across Kia of Murfreesboro. Blake contacted me and immediately I felt compelled to come in and test drive a car. He wasn’t overbearing or pushy! I let him know of my anxiety and how much I hated the car buying process. He was kind, personable and made sure I had a positive experience from the moment I walked through the door. I didn’t have to haggle nor sit in there all day! Blake was my point of contact from the beginning to the end. The finance manager was also top notch (even though he is an Alabama fan—ROLL Tide)!!! I had such a great experience and got a great deal on my Kia! Please thank them both for making my experience one of the most positive ones I have had in years!!!!
