I called this morning asking for the price of an oil change. The service representative is very helpful and made an appointment. First time at this great dealership. Salvador, helped us check in smoothly and professional. Oil change, rotated tires, replaced back wiper. They gave us Veteran Discount! Much appreciated. Topped off all fluids and checked the brakes and tires. Waiting room was comfortable couches. Even had a link to check the progress of service.There was a Video of what they were doing. Very helpful! Definitely going back.
My service advisor Karola is absolutely amazing. I love working with her when I have an issue with my car. She always remembers me when I come into the service department and welcomes me with open arms ???? reassuring me that everything will be okay reducing the stress of any car issue I have. She’s extremely patient and kind and her customer service skills are far above excellent. She is always extremely busy but makes me feel like I’m her only client with attention to detail and getting back to me with the status of my car via phone and text messages. I am so blessed that she’s my service advisor. As for the entire service team at the El Cajon Hyundai Dealership the majority of them are very kind and helpful, but there are a few that don’t go over and above to help out with answering any concerns or questions when Karola is not there or is unavailable.
Got a service on my vehicle today and was helped by Zeus this was the first time I had him for a service advisor and he was great and a very friendly, helpful person. He kept me updated through texts which I truly appreciate. I hope to see him on my next visit! The service technician that made the video of the vehicle health report was very thorough and informative this is an excellent customer service from Hyundai!!
