2023 Genesis GV70 Electrified GV70 AWD Advanced

The service was fine. I just didn’t have a loaner car so I can take care of the business. I had to do that day. So I sat around the dealership waiting for my car to be serviced because of no loaner cars are rental. Cars are shuttles to take me home and take care of business.

Had a great experience at Hanlees Hilltop Hyundai. The customer service was great especially with Joe’l who was very knowledgeable about the cars and services that Hyundai offers and it was great all around. Everyone I met there was friendly and I always felt comfortable while searching for my next vehicle.

My car was making all sorts of noise, had it towed to this dealership and when I tell you they were right on top of it. Kept me informed with the progress, gave me a loaner(which was a very nice and new car). Picked up my car and I am very happy. Thank you guys for all you do for us customers
