Bought a car from Balise Subaru in Warwick. This is my third car from this dealership. The customer service is always great. This was no exception. Ryan, my sales associate, was patient and not pushy. He asked good questions to find out what I was looking for this time. The first car he showed me is the one I bought. When it came time for finance, Chris was fabulous too. He didn’t push to sell me extra protection I didn’t need. He was competent and paid attention to detail. I wasn’t going to buy tire protection, and he let me know what was included and the price of repairing the expensive tires on my touring package of my new Ascent. This won’t be my last car from this dealership. “We want your service experience to be extraordinary,” is on the wall in the waiting area. Thank you Ryan and Chris for making it so! BAlISE Subaru of West Warwick QuakerLane off RT.2 is a great dealership. I walked into smiling faces. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy. I looked around the showroom, sat in various Subaru’s to see what comfort level was right for me. I was greeted by a gentleman who had a warm smile who asked if he could help me or answer any questions I might have about different Subaru makes and models. He patiently took me on test drive’s in the car I liked and even helped me decide on a color. I basically told him what I wanted and the monthly payment I wanted to pay. He put his boxing gloves on for me. His name is John Graemiger… great guy very personable and professional at the same time. John helped me make the best decision for my needs buying my Subaru. I decided on a new 2024 Subaru Forester. I’d recommend anyone who is interested in browsing Subaru’s to go into the West Warwick Subaru and ask for John.
