I love Hyundai! I am on my 3rd (2013 Elantra, 2017 Elantra, and now 2022 Kona)- my experience with Hyundai dealers (one purchase from Laurel Hyundai and another from College Park Hyundai) hasn't been the most positive but the cars are great so I keep coming back. My experience with Byron at Bob Bell was the most positive experience I have had buying a car. He was honest and I didn't feel pressured into anything. I came prepared and he was respectful and patient throughout the process. He remained in communication and checked in on me after my purchase to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend buying from Byron. I also want to highlight Cynthia the title clerk. After being told I would have to go to the DMV to get a duplicate title from the finance guy (I forgot his name), she processed everything and communicated when my plates and registration was complete saving me trip to the DMV.
