The best buying experience I have ever had. Drove over an hour to look at a beautiful certified Sonata Limited. My sales person Leighanna and Sales Manager Craig were very approachable and friendly. Top notch. Very welcoming, clean, and modern environment. I feel the price of the car I purchased was very competitive and there was no real hassle with my trade. When I arrived the car I was interested in had a sign with my name on it being reserved for my appointment. Nice touch. Setting up my appointment was also a breeze. If all goes according to plan I will be purchasing off of Fred Beans Hyundai in the future.
Dan Judge from Fred Beans knew when my lease was up and communicated with me a few months before. I appreciated that service. When I arrived, I was a bit conflicted into keeping the car I had or getting a new lease. Dan worked with the numbers and invited the manager over (sorry I forget his name, but he was great). They understood my situation of being newly retired and now on tight budget. The final result was a brand new lease that only is $10. more than my current car payment. That was a win for me! I appreciated their concern for me first instead of just selling me a car. That is how building trust in relationships are formed between a business and a customer. I leased a Kona EV from Fred Beans, Langhorne last summer. The transaction was quick and easy. My salesman was extremely knowledgeable and spent a significant amount of time explaining all the features of the car. It was a very positive experience. This week, I took the car back for a recall and a state inspection- another easy, positive transaction. My service associate Jeff Schwartz, was courteous and thorough. He greeted me promptly, explained everything and had the work on the car completed quickly. I was out of there in an hour and a half with a tiny bill for an inspection sticker and a tire rotation that I agreed to. I highly recommend this company, both for buying/ leasing a car and for servicing the car.
