2023 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL 2.5 AWD

I had a dash light come on for my break booster failing. Caitlyn in service called me, made me aware the urgency of it getting it and was able to get my car looked at within the same week of calling. She was super friendly, communicated everything in a timely manner and kept me in the loop for everything. After the overall inspection there was additional services recommended, I appreciated being made aware of this and not feeling pushed into anything. They ended up getting the part earlier than anticipated and was able to get my car back a few days earlier than first expected. Overall great experience and service. My car drove and felt great after picking up. So grateful to get my car back so quickly working around a busy life/work schedule. Thank you to all staff involved at Chapman Volkswagen Tucson! Will always recommend an Atlas to any mom looking for a car!

Service personnel were extremely helpful and polite. Said it would take a couple of hours, but they would try to push it through. The resetting of the airbag light was done I less than 45 minutes and that included a car wash. Very happy.

Katlynn was such a great help. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care! Great communication. The work was fabulously done. Loaner car was fun to drive. As for the time it took for the repair was exhausting. Thank God I didn't have to rent a car. I love that they have loaner cars available!
