My engine was making weird noises and they found a bad turbo. Took 3-5 business days for the parts to show up. Dropped my car off and it was done within 24hrs. I have a 2021 Hyundai Veloster N. Love my car. My experience with Kocourek Hyundai was great! The team was fast, efficient, has great communication, and top notch service! Chen is the service manager and he made sure everything was taken care of perfectly! Matt was the technician working on my car and I trusted him 100% with my car, I had the opportunity to talk to him and he is very knowledgeable of what he does. Both of them have over 10yrs of experience each in the field and with the same dealership. I had purchased and also had my vehicles worked on by other dealerships in the past. Bought my new 2024 Sonata N-Line from here and had a fantastic experience, love everything about it inside and out and the employees were professional and caring throughout the whole interaction!
This dealership has been wonderful to deal with. We were just down there for service with our 22. Santa Cruz thought we might be interested in a new vehicle and then decided to keep ours with its wonderful warranty and full bells and whistles. We discussed having running boards put on our own vehicle and now we’re just waiting to hear if that’s going to be possible once this confusion is settled I know we will be taken care of quickly.
