Since the pandemic car buying has been an absolute mess with no real end in site. Yes, the prices are still inflated on used cars but let's face it, this may also be the new normal. Despite that, we found selection and great customer service with this dealership and in particular, Robert Bass. I've been shopping for cars for decades and know all the tips and tricks along the way. Robert has been an amazing part of this process for us and we can't recommend him and the Fred beans dealership in Doylestown enough. It's rare that you can say that you can actually try trust not just one sales person but also the attitude of the entire organization. This was our first time working with Fred Beans and we are now definitely impressed. It's hard to know what is hubris and what is actual praise from a dealership and their customers. As a broadcast journalist of many years and one who did a lot of economic reporting, it's not often that I can say positive and trustworthy things about a car dealership. Rob was honest, patient, and a great listener throughout the two week decision process and communication was great, and the final deal worked well for us..... period. We asked a ton of questions during the research phase of the car buying process, including the depth of the treads on the tires and many questions about the work being done to restore the vehicle before sale. They provided everything and never blinked an eye at our request. That's when we knew we could trust them.
