2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited 2.5 AWD

I made an appointment for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation. Very easy to schedule. When I arrived I was greeted by Lamont Howard who explained all options I had in addition to the scheduled service. He was extremely courteous and helpful. Lamont escorted me to the waiting area and offered me coffee or water. The waiting area was clean and spacious and I could view my vehicle being serviced. Never been able to do that until now. Very nice to be able see the mechanic working on your car as you wait.

I had a great experience working with one of the representatives and their service department named Lamont. He was super helpful and Informative every step of the way during my most recent repair. I would definitely come back or future repairs because of his service.

OMG!!! This dealership is beautiful! I had the opportunity to see this dealership when it was very new in the new location. I cannot say how impressed I am with the elegant feeling this building gives off. Kudos to the design team here. I had the best experience at this dealership that I can remember ever having anywhere. I was greeted by the nicest service advisor, Lamont Howard. He was so friendly and accommodating, he is a very rare find. I was taken care of like my needs mattered, not the common experience for me, especially at the last appointment I had for service. Lamont explained to me everything that was going to be checked on my vehicle and i was kept updated the entire time. He took great care of my comfort as well, he made sure to show me where to find the beverages, walked me through the features and functions of the remote and where to find the restroom. I did not get all of this service in the past. Lamont is my go to from now on!
