the BEST dealership experience i’ve EVER had!!! such an amazing team and family! going to a dealership as a young girl can be very intimidating but i never once felt pressured to buy a car i didn’t truly want. they kept in contact with me and were very honest, kind, and understanding. they even traveled out of state to get the exact car i wanted at an amazing price and fast! even with the big challenge of moving buildings, they were incredibly helpful and on point. i am forever grateful to this team, especially Matt B and Jerome, for helping me get my dream car. i will continue recommending this place to others as much as possible!!!

This was my second great experience at Seidel with Larry as my salesman. My daughter bought her 2023 Tucson there and loves it so I came back for a 2024 Tuscon and requested Larry since he was wonderful in helping my daughter. I had the same great experience working with him for my new car. He is very knowledgeable about each of the different models and you don’t feel pressured to make a deal.

I called for an issue with my engine no longer starting after getting a check engine and barely making it home. I called the office and there were no appointment times for about 2 weeks, but they mentioned if I was able to tow it to the lot, a tech may get some time to look at it in between other appointments. So I did that, and had to drive a company van for about a week until I heard back from them. They advised I needed an engine replacement, but it was covered under a warranty, so it would be no cost. They also asked if I needed a loaner, to which I replied yes. I was told they were due to get some in a day or so, and once it was in I would get a call. The gentleman I worked with was quick about getting my paperwork filled out, so when I arrived I would be able to grab keys and go. They did exactly that and got me back on the road with a wonderful loaner. After about 2 weeks or less, the work was completed and I got a call back to pick up my car. I got my vehicle home and it ran well enough, except for some odd noises here and there on low rpm's, nothing major. Very good service throughout the entire time, prompt and informative staff. The reason I did not give a 5 star, was after I got home and and my wife walked around the front of the car to get in the passenger side the next morning, she noticed my front bumper was scratched and my front plate cover was broken (see picture). I was not told of this as I am pretty sure they saw it while hoisting the engine into and out of the compartment. I didn't make a big deal out of it, since it was just plastic and some cosmetic scratches. It would have been nice to be told of this upon pick up of my car. All and all, it was a good experience, and I would not hesitate to go back.
