Recently our Venue was in an accident. Damage was confined to passenger side front quarter but included much of the front end. Because of the extremely low milage, the insurance company approved the repair estimate of approximately $12,000. But hold on . . . while the repairs were going on, the insurance company began to back off and wanted to use after-market parts. Here’s where Nick Pelegrino stepped up. He became our advocate. (The reason we brought the car to Hyundai was for the use of OEM parts). He haggled with the insurance company for the installation of OEM parts. And in the end OEM parts were installed. Like most insurance companies we were allotted 30 days rental, but with the insurance company dragging their feet, we would go over. Nick picked up the extra two days. We were obviously grateful. We are eternally grateful for the customer service Nick provided. He kept in constant contact with us. Kept us updated, even with the insurance horrors. He never placed us in the middle but kept at it. He has a good working relationship with the insurance company which shows he is a complete person when having a car repaired. He knows how to work all the angles, making it fair for all parties involved. Again, thank you Nick. BTW, the car does drive better than when new!!
I went in for information. There was a guy in there, Michael (sales consultant), I told him I'm too much in negative equity, so I just wanted to see numbers instead of buying a car. When the finance guy, Theo, came out, he was so upfront and about my situation and clarified so much for me. He was very honest on where I stand, and was honestly the best finance guy I have came across. I recommend this spot 100%. If and when I am ready to buy another car, I'd come in here and ask for Theo to help with closure. You won't regret it!
