When shopping for a vehicle, I spent countless hours researching car sales tactics and how to “one up,” them at each turn in order to get what I wanted. As a man with over 14 years of sales experience, I do not like to be sold. After some phone and text conversations with Jun and Ash, I was prepared to go to war. When I walked into the dealership however, I had misjudged everything. Ash made the process feel more like a consultation than a sales pitch. She walked me through everything: The terms, the cost including all the “hidden fees,” other dealerships keep from you, and was direct about what vehicles I was able to choose from. (I had more choices than I predicted). Ash even walked me through all the maintenance and care the car I chose had over its lifespan. After she helped me choose a car, Darcy did an excellent job with walking me through all the fine print of my contract, answered all my questions, and dealt with my shenanigans. I can't rave enough about Ash and the other employees doing such a great job at helping me find my next vehicle. Ash was a tremendous help! She explained so much! As we went to each vehicle I was interested in she gave me ample time to look over everything and answered all my questions beyond any other knowledgeable car salesperson/car saleswoman or car salesman has. She knew exactly where to start when I was feeling so overwhelmed. It wasn't a look around and come find me if you see something kinda sale.
