I worked with Zach. Zach is very knowledgeable and easily approachable. From the beginning of our search to the finalization of our purchase, Zach ensured that all of our questions were answered and took his time to explain everything. He is very patient and friendly and does not put on that pressure to make a decision. After the day of our purchase Zach reached out to ask how our new vehicle was treating us, which is hard to come across now a days. This was the first time in all my years as a Bergstrom customer that my car did not receive a complimentary car wash upon completion of service. I received a text that my vehicles service was completed and a message that stated “ All Washed Up And Ready To Go , Feel Free To Pay Online With The Link Above, Thank You”. So when I arrived to pay for my new tires and then got to my car I was shocked that it had not received a car wash. I didn’t want to be a “Karen” and go back in and inquire on the reason I had not received the wash so I just left and went paid $18 for my own car wash.

Dan was extremely helpful when buying my 2024 Tiguan. I’m absolutely in love with my new vehicle and he knew everything that I’d need for the vehicle (VW care) and a few other things to help me save $ overtime which is HUGE! This is the second vehicle I’ve bought from a Bergstrom dealership and the process each time has been so quick and easy. I will definitely be back for future purchases :)

The Service Department was very Professional and had great Customer Service! We were Notified once we walked in what they were doing to Our Vehicle as well as what was needed to keep Our Vehicle Running smoothly ! It was definitely great Service from the time we walked in until the time we left!

I was met at my car when I pulled in for my appointment to get checked in (which I have never experienced before at Volkswagen). When I arrived to pick up, they recognized and acknowledged me. Made the whole experience better. The other times I have received service at Volkwagen Appleton, I was not impressed. I was previously not acknowledged upon my arrival and they seemed less than interested when I was obtaining my paperwork prior to leaving after the service was complete. I previously owned an Acura and received service at Bergstrom Acura which was much better. I had just assumed Volkwagen provided lower service because it wasn't a premium brand. I was pleasantly surprised by the increase in customer service this most recent time. Small differences like meeting the customer at their vehicle and not acting like you dislike your job, really goes a long way in making the customer feel good about being there.
