My experience at Ira Toyota was second to none. I was on vacation and I heard something scraping in the front wheel of my 2023 Highlander. I called and they got me right in. Not only did they take me right away, they also were the kindest most genuine people I have ever met. Turns out it wasn’t a safety issue and nothing more than a good under carriage car wash wouldn’t cure. In a day and age when as a widowed woman I’ve been taken advantage of in the past. The service people were honest and sent me on my way to get home safely. I truly appreciate the experience. I would highly recommend Ira Toyota. I would do business with them again if given the chance.
The Toyota of Hyannis service department was absolutely fantastic. My family and I were on vacation in Cape Cod (from Indiana), and on the day we were scheduled to leave our 4Runner went into limp mode. My son & I worked on it all morning to no avail. I called Toyota of Hyannis and had it towed to them. They were able to fix it on short notice and get us on the road that same day. Excellent customer service and finished work.
