My son had his Honda checked out at this dealership, he was worried about a possible leaking CV boot. From start to finish, my experience with this Honda service center was one of the best I have ever had. We worked with Carlos (service advisor), and he provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in any industry. He was very professional, polite and comforting. He fully understood our issue and got my son in the shop as soon as possible. In my opinion, Carlos should be a trainer for others to learn from. In the high stress auto mechanic world, it is hard to keep your composure, as this is a VERY thankless job. People just expect their cars to be fixed right the first time, and never stop to think about what these employees actually go through each day. I for one, have had many numerous issues with other dealerships not showing the care and concern for the customer. It's very hard to find someone in this sector that is polite and follows up properly with a cheerful attitude.
