The whole experience was a breeze! Anthony my salesman and the finance manager were both knowledgeable and professional and not pushy. Everything was completed in a timely manner. I would 10/10 recommend checking this location out for your car shopping needs!
This was a complicated process. Initially, the wrong tire was replaced. The first replacement took 3 days and then the second replacement took 24-48 hours. I guess this is part of the learning curve with a new EV. A tire repair, was once an at home replacement/repair is now a service appointment over a number of days. As a single car family I was also surprised that VW did not offer a loaner for our inconvenience. I am happy that the warranty covered the cost of both tire replacements, but the experience was not great. Dan and Chris were both excellent at their jobs.
Anthony P and Porter were very kind and compassionate towards us and our needs. They took the time to help us understand what we really needed. My wife is very happy with her new Atlas cross sport and she got everything she wanted (except the Homelink rear view mirror *sad face here*) We liked and trusted Anthony and Porter so much that we are certain we will be back for our next new car purchase!
