Found the Santa Fe I wanted online, submitted my bid and credit application and quickly received a call back from Logan in the Sales Dept. He made sure the car was still on the lot and I drove down. As soon as I arrived we took it for a quick test drive and Logan explained all the features, extras etc. without any high pressure sales tactics (phew!). I already knew I wanted the car but was hesitant that there would be some “added costs” once I sat down with the finance guy. NOPE! Got the price I was happy with and the whole process from arrival to departure in my new car was just over an hour! So happy!! Been driving around all day. Five out of five stars! ?? ?? ?? ?? ??
Supportive, respectful, exciting; these are just three of the words I would use to describe my car purchase experience with San Tan Hyundai. From the very first time I walked on the lot to the day I drove away with my 2024 Kona the whole staff has been wonderful, but in particular Jack Peoples really took the experience over the top. Often the car buying experience as a single female is overwhelming and can feel like you are being pushed into a decision. This couldn't be further from my experience. Jack did an excellent job listening to exactly what I wanted in a car from needing rear AC for my beloved fur baby to the exact color I wanted. He stayed in excellent communication with me throughout the whole process and made it fun and exciting rather than stressful. Throughout the whole experience I felt supported as if I was making a purchase with a friend. Not only was the special Costco pricing a nice perk but the experience I received I would recommend Jack 1000/10. I have and will continue to recommend Jack and San Tan Hyundai to friends and family looking to purchase vehicles soon. Thank you everyone at San Tan Hyundai and a huge thank you to Jack Peoples. I love my new Kona and know I made the best choice of where to purchase it!
