We ran into an issue driving from Missouri to Minnesota. After roadside assistance failed to come through after 30 minutes, I contacted the service center while we were doing a temporary repair to our engine splash shield on the side of the highway (tying with athletic tape). They said to head in and they’d take a look. The service team got us in right away and fixed the issue. We really appreciate them helping some out-of-towners in a pinch. We made it home at a reasonable hour thanks to them! THANK YOU!
