2012 Toyota Highlander SE 4x4 V6

A gentleman by the name Isaac, helped me out with my scheduled appointment for my truck. He went through what could be the issues in my situation . Very knowledgeable and to the point. Will enjoy going there again if any more issues happen. Also everyone in the service's / cashier department were very nice and kind. Seems like a great team.

We were just over 1 hour into a 4 day out-of-state trip when our electrical warning lights came on, along with instructions to take our vehicle to the nearest Toyota Dealership. The service writer, Isaiah, went out of his way to get our car in, diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road in record time. One of the techs also agreed to work through their lunch to help get us back on track with our trip. Their waiting area was clean, and seating was very comfortable. They even had donuts, which my husband loved, and popcorn, which I loved! We can't thank Joseph Toyota enough for the exemplary customer service, and warm friendliness. We wish we lived closer so they could be our regular dealership!

Excellent customer service. My Service Technician was very knowledgeable, honest and forthcoming. They were able to get my vehicle scheduled in a timely manner. They even washed my car without me even asking. Will definitely be returning.
