2014 Toyota Sienna

recently I purchased a Scion IQ from Robert at D Majestic auto group. Robert restored my faith in used car salespersons. he did exactly what he promised in a professional timely manner. he took extra care in checking the vehicle, he even had the front brakes replaced even though the brakes were still in good condition. Robert took care of all my concerns. He did not pressure me during the sale. I highly recommend dealing with Robert. I will recommend him to all my friends and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him. I am extremely happy with the purchase and experience.

He made sure I was safe and happy leaving the lot, detailing the vehicle and addressing any topical issue I pointed out (new headlights!!). I even had issues with the registration, all of which Robert took on himself for me to have a smooth experience. He stands behind his vehicles and goes far beyond the scope of a “used car salesman”. Very nice experience, and great prices. The price and service was so good that we ended up buying a second car from D Majestic Auto Group. Robert treats you like family, and doesn't try to force a vehicle on you like so many dealerships will do, and best of all there aren't any hidden fees. We never had any issues with our cars (had our first car for 4 years so far). Highly recommended.
