2018 Toyota Sequoia 5.7 Auto 4WD Platinum

Literally the BEST car buying experience I’ve had. I had no intention of driving an hour away from home when there are so many other Toyota dealerships between my home and Placerville, but the experience and communication between myself and Genaro, my salesman, was excellent. Genaro was kind, incredibly professional, honest, and fully transparent in every interactions. I also appreciate the help I received from Jim the finance manager and the general manager too! The dealership is warm and inviting and there were, thankfully, no hovering sales people waiting to pounce on the next person to roll onto the lot looking for a new car. I will be recommending Thompsons Toyota to as many people as I can. Such a great experience.

Miguel and Adam are absolutely amazing and our experience with Thompson’s is always great! We bought 5 cars from them. The service department is pretty amazing too. Hunter always makes me feel right at home. I love that it is family owned. Miguel was great at answering all our questions and making us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase! He was never pushy and it felt more like a good friend helping us. Miguel always had a smile on his face and was always willing to go the extra mile for us.
