Went in on a Friday afternoon with a car in mind. The entire staff was super friendly upon arrival and the vibe of the office was chill. They set me up with a test drive and after that we got right into paperwork. There was no pressure what so ever!! From Conner the sales guy to Zack in finance and Alex with the final paperwork it was smooth and easy going. Definitely recommend this dealership!

Connor recently helped us purchase a vehicle and was outstanding to work with!! We came in with one hour left until they closed, he and Eric George helped and stayed late for us so we could finish the purchase. They were excellent from start to finish and we really appreciated their help. Fair trade in value for our previous vehicle as well. Overall would definitely recommend!

This was the last stop to a very long frustrating day of let down after let down and had it not been for my wife’s birthday coming up I probably would have missed this gem! I started my day going to several dealerships in the Pdx area only to find “there’s a shortage on detailers” and every place I went to had vehicles that were not clean smelled of cigarettes or wet dog and to my shock over half of the vehicles we looked at hadn’t even been looked over by their own mechanics!! On our way back to Salem from Gresham we decided let’s stop at one more place on the way home to Salem, had my wife call Newberg Chevrolet and verify that the car we seen online was available and ready for us to look at. Bill answered the phone and since we didn’t have the stick number available he said he would take a look and call us right back, with in 2 minutes we received a call back from bill verifying the vehicle was there and we explained we could be there in an hour to look at it. Once we arrived the car was already pulled up front waiting for us and we were greeted by Dylan I explained we had talked to bill and Dylan said no worries bill was on a call but he would be happy to go over the car with us. From beginning to end Dylan was a pleasure to work with he didn’t try any pushy sales guy tactics, listened to what I was looking for and didn’t talk over me. After inspecting the car inside and out and deciding it was test drive worthy we finally had some hope! As expected the car performed to my liking the features were spot on and I now felt even more confident that this was the car I want. Once we returned to the dealership Dylan asked how we liked the vehicle and if there where any questions or concerns we had for him we said no just the usual let’s talk price and get the negotiation war started (there really wasn’t any war) there wasn’t much back and forth at all I gave my offer Bill stopped in to introduce himself and say hello and praised Dylan assured us he was a great kid to work with and before we knew it we were working with Robert from finance. Three guys to remember Bill,Dylan, and Robert they are truly one great team they all work together and just give you this trust and comfort you rarely find at a dealership. I’ve never in my life rated a dealership for the fact that I despise them so much but these three gents definitely deserve a 5 star review and I hope others will see in them what I did. Bill, Dylan, Robert THANK YOU SO MUCH for not being the jerky snake salesman some dealerships try to be and making us have a pleasant buying experience!!! Next time we know where we will look first.
