Our experience with Darryl Jackson was awesome. He was so personable it felt like we were old friends. He made the process so easy. And once we made it to Jeff Middleton in finance, he also was awesome. So easy to work with he made us feel like we had known him a lifetime. The whole process of buying the new Traverse was so easy, and I give them both all the credit.

Great job. I appreciate the service writer's efforts to ensure the proper maintenance was done and his efforts to make sure that I was aware of the costs and options. I couldn't pick up the car during service hours, so they arranged for me to pick it up from sales the next day. This accommodation was very much appreciated. I'll come back for the next, more complex service, for sure.
