Leased a vehicle with Rudolph and been servicing my car at this service center since then. Service has been great, especially if Bianca gets to help out. She is both friendly and professional. Helpfull in timely responses and any additional information you might need for future refrence she let's you know. She is a great asset to the Service center.

Rick at the service department at Honda is truly an incredible person. Honda needs to keep him at all costs because his customer service skills and knowledge are unmatched. Very grateful to Rick and the service department.

I was pleasantly surprised when someone answered the phone in a mild and cheerfuy way. Bianca was kind on the phone and understood what I needed. When hetting to service center, she greeted me with the same enthusiasm. Mind you, I drove from the far east side of town because I hate to go to El Paso Honda. I will go back to service my CRV. I'm not bothering with the other dealer.
