I have had the best experience with West Coast Auto!! Charlie was my sales agent and he was the absolute best! I also met with the owner and he was just as fabulous!! More importantly, I’ve owned the car 6 months and it has operated FLAWLESSLY the entire time I’ve owned it (and I drive it daily)! Took it in for its first oil change and asked my mechanic to glance over everything. Rad took good care of us. We felt like we got a good deal on the car and the process was simple. No issues with taking cars for test drives and everything was very professional. The car needed a key replaced and new brake pads installed. Rad took care of them without any issues and we were happy with the purchase. Will be back next time we are looking for a car.
