Set up appointment Tuesday, to see a vehicle Wednesday , salesman’s name was Ricardo, wife and I drove 4.5 hours to this dealership, with our trade. We got to the dealer, was told Ricardo wasn’t there, given no reason, a salesman by the name of James was going to help us. Found out car hadn’t been started for some time. Battery was dead, there was obvious damage to car that wasn’t seen in carefully taken pics. Inside was dirty. My wife was willing to get the car if they would deal with us. James briefly looked at our car, and 06, but low miles and very clean. After going through the financing part again ( my wife had applied on-line the day before), they made a lowball offer, that we couldn’t except. All we wanted was $500 more, they wouldn’t budge at first, saying that was the “book” value for our car, while trying to justify the price of their POS, that we found had been sitting on their lot since September of last year. Only when they realized we were walking out on an approved loan, did they come up $250 on our trade. The damage on their car would a whole lot more than $250. We just left, very disgusted, for driving so far and being treated so Rude.. You can make your own judgement, but in my 66 years I have never seen such a CLIP joint.

My experience over all wasn’t bad and the salesman Ricardo Ayala was a great worker and got me in some that I wanted and the hospitality was great as well I’ll definitely recommend????
