I worked with Alejandro at Pyramid Auto. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I had two cars to trade in for a truck that I had found on their website. They gave me a fair trade in for my vehicles and I bought the truck below blue book. I was able to use my own financing to acquire the new truck. Most large dealerships want you to finance through them and in my experience they tack on so many fees that you end up paying thousands more. I was able to take the truck I wanted to buy on a test drive to my mechanic. It checked out. The windshield wipers were not spraying so Pyramid even ordered the parts for that at their cost. I'd highly recommend going to Pyramid before a large dealership. These guys were straight forward, honest, and not pushy.
I drove multiple hours to buy a specific car here and almost immediately had two cylinders misfire after purchase. On Monday when they opened, Arturo reached out to me to ask if there were any problems. I told him of such and he informed his supervisor. Micheal, the supervisor, reached out later this week and reimbursed me for half of the repair costs.
