2026 Toyota Tundra

This time Toyota has outdone itself. The incredibly professional sales manager Rami, who listened to all my wishes, was able to resolve the issue of good prices for my Lexus and offer an excellent deal for the new Tundra Platinum. Everything is very fast, professional, incredibly high customer service from Rami and Tyler. From entering the dealership site to driving the new car, everything took about 2 hours. And it wasn't torture. No imposition of unnecessary add-ons or services, only practical advice and suggestions, no hidden fees or unpleasant surprises. Clearly negotiated price, great shopping experience and process. I think Rami is an example of a sales manager. To sell a car so quickly to me, a client who had previously visited 8 dealers and had not bought from any - this is enormous professionalism and the ability to work with the client. Thank you Toyota of Whittier and personally Rami and Tyler.

Thanks to Moe and Steven for helping me find my new 2024 Prius. They both were very helpful along each step of purchasing my new vehicle. Great people from the staff I worked with getting my 2024 Woodland RAV4 hybrid. Hadriel was great. But, I was told to wait and come in at 11am. By 11:45am we had a deal and then it took 3 HOURS just to wait for the finance Team, then more time to process. That’s just too much wasted time…very frustrating, and took away from the excitement of my new car. UPDATE: Hadriel and Rami both followed up with me to try and rectify the bad 3 hour wait yesterday. They called within 1 hour of my post. They took it to heart and offered 1 additional year of maintenance from Toyota. Stand up Team and organization at Whittier for doing that. That’s great customer service and I’d go back to them for sure.
