Purchased a used car from out of state from Sam, 98% of the deal was done via messages. Sam was very prompt with responding and answered all questions, he was very diligent in earning my business and we came to mutual deal. Once I was at the dealership everything was ready and I went on a quick test drive then did the paperwork and was in and out in about 45 minutes to an hour. Would recommend the dealership and Sam and absolutely do business with them again.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Riverside GMC of Cartersville. Austin Moore was our salesperson. He was friendly, efficient, and most importantly not pushy. He explained all the great benefits of our Cadillac and worked hard to get us the best deal for what we wanted. I definitely would recommend this dealership. Thank you. :)

I stopped by in person and made an appointment for later the same day. That is my preference because I like to know that I’m talking to one of the service advisors in the dealership. It was very easy. They performed the services I requested and advised me of other services I need in the future. The wait wasn’t long. It gave me an opportunity to get to know one of the sales guys while I waited.
