I inquired about a vehicle at this dealership and was promptly answered by Tony. He was off the day I was to drive 2 hours to Denver, but came in on his day off to show me the car. He asked questions about what I was looking for in a vehicle and had 2 others lined up, which I actually liked better than the one I had originally made an appointment for. I ended up purchasing from a private citizen in my home town, but Tony was by far the best service I received in all the appointments I had that day. He really stood out as someone I WANTED to buy a vehicle from! The most comfortable dealership experience I have ever had.

Recently went to Mike Ward without any expectations of purchasing a vehicle. After the same day and looking at availability, I walked away with a Q50 Infiniti. The experience was fast, easy, and enjoyable. With the help of Brayden, he made the experience pain free and understandable. He was great and I would recommend him for any purchase of a vehicle. When you need a GREAT car, this is the place you need to go! I hadn't planned on buying a car, but I thought I'd check these guys out and I'm so glad I did. I had a BMW for many years, but cost of fixing things drove me to Mike Ward Infiniti, literally across the road! Not only were they magnificent to deal with, the buying process was so easy. They made me feel so much better about a huge unplanned purchase. Jimmy Nicholds was my salesman, and, WOW! He took great care of me, before sending me to Bob in Finance, who also made the purchase seamless and helped me make informed decisions on a warranty package. Over all 10 stars for this place!
