We had an excellent experience at AutoNation Lincoln. Went to just look around and came home with a beautiful SUV! Our salesman was great and took ample time with us answering all the questions. But the icing on the cake was Mr M.S.H Glass. The part of every car purchase that sucks was enjoyable for the first time ever. Mr Glass was very personable, funny and really seemed to have our interest in mind. He was not pressuring at all and gave us many options to consider and explained them all. Even having to stay after closing time to finish our paperwork he was very courteous and funny to the end. We greatly appreciate his professionalism, he is a fine American. We will definitely do business here again.

I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience. I dealt with 3 salesman, Robert, Andrew and Don. Each one could not have been any more friendlier, helpful and knowledgeable. I was there probably about 8 hours between the 3 days I was there. I was not uncomfortable nor in a hurry to leave. Also Michael was the one who went through the paperwork and got me on my way. Thankyou again for a great experience!

Robert and the team at clear water ensured a flawless experience. Robert was my primary point of contact—prompt, professional, and personable. They expertly coordinated the test drive, financing, and delivery. The explanation of all the technology and features during delivery was clear and not overwhelming. This level of attentive service made me feel valued and confident in my decision. Lincoln's vehicles are impressive, but it's representatives like Robert who truly build brand loyalty.
