It was a pleasure working with Jon Shafer, the Internet fleet manager at BMW Santa Maria to custom order my 2024 M340i xDrive. Not only giving me a great deal, he made the whole transaction super easy and smooth. Jon kept me informed of every step, beginning from securing an allocation, to the production progress and the final transportation from the factory to the dealer. There is no bogus mark up or dubious dealer add on. Everything is done as promised. Because of unforeseen reasons, I was unable to take personal delivery at the dealer. Jon again offered his impeccable service to arrange a home delivery. Jon Shafer is undoubtedly the best person I’ve worked with in a custom order and I have done this with many dealers including Mercedes, Audi and Porsche. But in my experience nobody can match the great customer service of Jon, not to mention the great deal he always offers. If anyone is interested in BMW, Jon is the best person to contact.
