I decided to purchase a new car but knew nothing about Audi. Chris W. explained in detail about each model all while being very patient while I climbed in and out back seats and 3rd rows to determine which car was right for my family. I appreciated his honesty and his attentiveness to what I was looking for in a new car which helped me narrow down my decision to a Q8. During my test drive he was very knowledgeable and shared several details about the car. I narrowed it down to 2 cars and after having Chris pull the cars out so I could compare I was sold and wanted to move forward. I was excited like a kid on Xmas anxious to play w my new toy. The finance team was really nice, I was nervous thinking this is the part where I have to haggle with pricing but to my surprise the process was very smooth and really fast. I didn’t expect the GM to come out and congratulate me on my purchase and welcomed me to the Audi family. I purchased a blackout package and we scheduled the work on my car in a few days. I went to dinner and I was so excited but didn’t know how to lock the doors. I called Chris after hours and he had to reminded me that gave me a second key and it was still in the car lol. I was embarrassed but he didn’t mind and proceeded to tell me more about the perks when parking the car. Chris came to pick up my car and left me a loaner which was a really nice car as well. I received text messages with updates on my car and once my car was ready it was brought back to me detailed and on a full tank and I must say SHE IS GORGEOUS!!!! I live almost an hour from the dealership and the customer I received during this purchase was unexpected but appreciated. Thank you.

My experience purchasing my 2024 Q7 from Audi Marietta was absolutely outstanding! I had the pleasure of working with Masud The GM and Tony, my salesperson, who were both absolutely fantastic. The process went incredibly smoothly. Honestly, I didn't even need to set foot in the dealership. Everything was taken care of over the phone, and my car was delivered right to my doorstep while my previous car was conveniently picked up. As a mother of three kids, it's incredibly challenging for me to go car shopping and test drive vehicles. That's why it was so important for me to work with someone who truly understood my situation and didn't pressure me to visit the dealership unnecessarily. Tony delivered my new car with such care, and the finance manager took care of everything over the phone, answering all of my questions.
