Marco Pineros in finance was just as good! All communication was very efficient and I got the car delivered to my house! The dealer gave me a great deal and the car was in the exact condition I had expected when it arrived. Sebastian Murzanski in service even had the tech send me videos of the car as it was being serviced. I couldn’t be more happy with the experience. Though I had not met any of these guys, I wish I had. in a climate like what we are in now, it is expected that you will get terrible treatment from a dealer. No matter the brand. And usually, this is the case in fact with most every other dealer I have worked with. But not Germain BMW.
