Five star performance, the best in class service, treatment and care. It is always a pleasure to speak with the new century staff and management. The car was cleaned and detailed after the service and it looks like brand new. The service done in one day, provide a loaner car, and they were very flexible with my schedule booking and pick up. Top top notch service all around.

As a business owner looking to renew a company vehicle for my family business I found New Century BMW to provide the best pricing and service compared to most BMW dealerships in LA and orange counties. My current X7 was approaching its final moth of the lease term and I had researched several dealerships for a month to land a great lease deal. My first point of contact at New Century their client advisor Mr. Mark Ma, who immediately assisted me with straight forward pricing. I knew what number I wanted and value for my trade in and he made it happen. Not only was he great and kept his word with our proposed deal over the phone, but his helpful and friendly team members were excellent. This includes the knowledgeable finance associates Sunny and Sean and the lovely tech advisor Diana who helped my wife get acquainted with the vehicles many tech features. My wife and I walked in the New Century as her 3-Series reached its lease end. We traded it into a new X3 and the process was smooth and easy. While working on the signing, I asked about my upcoming lease end options, and they’ve given me a thorough analysis comparing my choice of models. I ended up by signing a new iX and returned my X6 lease early with a great deal!! Now I’m enjoying my very first all electric vehicle!

This was my 5th lease from New century BMW and the most heart warming experience. William Wong is not only knowledgeable about cars , he genuinely cares about clients. I am very impressed and touched by his work ethics. 5 stars out of 5 for him...I'd like to give him 6 stars if that counts!

Had the best car-buying experience of my life with Mark at New Century, and I've bought many cars in my 49 years! After searching for an X5 for weeks, I finally found a person and a dealership who was reasonable, informed, positive, and willing to work with me. Mark made himself available at a minute's notice, was friendly, considerate, and just fun to work with. Highly recommended. Sean in financing and the wonderful BMW genius we worked with--sorry, forgot her name--were also fantastic to work with. I had been working with another area BMW dealer for 10+ years because they were closer to where I lived, but now I feel like it's worth the extra drive to come to New Century. We will be getting our cars and servicing from New Century going forward. Also, I managed to get a lot of work for my job done in the spacious and quiet waiting area that has free and fast wifi. Plus, there are some really great food options in walking distance from the dealership, which is a huge plus, because you can eat well while service / car add-ons are done. Thanks to everyone at New Century for giving us such a positive and memorable car-buying experience!
