The buying process was pretty quick and painless. I LOVE the car of course. Larry walked me through all the setup and personalization of the car (which I really hadn't appreciated MB was doing - it's very nice). I had a few questions for Larry after reading through the manual and he got back to me right away with the information I was looking for.
