I have been to many dealerships, but none have been as satisfactory as Alexandria. Of course, Jordan is not pushy.

I took my Mercedes in for its scheduled maintenance and there was a lack of communication on the recommended services I needed . There was an issue with my tire and it needed replacement. Ali immediately fixed the situation. Ordered my new tires , had the loaner car ready for me upon my arrival . The order of me new tires and installation / alignment was all completed within 24 hours . I truly appreciate Ali going above and beyond to fix the issue and make sure I was taken care of .

Chris McGrane in service continues to set the pace in the department. I’d highly recommend Chris for Service Manager position or regional management. He really took care of my company vehicle!
