Easy to schedule appointment. Drop off was a snap with early check-in. Diagnosed issue quickly and had parts on hand. Extended warranty covered some of the cost and Volvo WC went the extra mile to apply credits and keep the bill manageable. Even washed the car so it was ready for my daughters wedding day 24 hours later. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

There were two recalls for my Volvo S60. The team was waiting for me when I rolled up for my appointment. The service advisor (Mike) was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their waiting area was comfortable and well stocked. I test drove a couple cars with Tori without any pressure whatsoever. Friendly and professional all around. The work was done on schedule as promised. The epitome of what car buying and service should be.
