I would like to thank the Alpha One Ford Dealership with providing me the upmost professional and great customer service during my Bronco purchase. The whole team including my car dealer Mr. Ricky Dunk greeted me at the door and answered any questions or concerns I had about the vehicle and procedures set forth during our purchase agreement. The Alpha One Ford Dealership knocked the deal out of the park. Knowing I flew in from a different state to make this purchase due to no other dealership beating Alpha One Fords price had me skeptical at first. However, once my wife and I communicated with Alpha One Ford and Mr. Ricky Dunk gave us confidence in the purchase and agreement. From beginning to end Alpha One Ford in La Grange was and still is the best customer service. Contacted Ricky Dunk on Saturday before Labor Day to discuss price and finance. He contacted me Labor Day morning said to come down from Dallas to take ownership of beautiful 5.0 Mustang. Had finance at 3.9% like he said with discount price out the door with the bells and whistles my son wanted on the car. We were both satisfied with the way we were treated, no switch and bait straight forward no fine print to go over. Explained things in detail, test drove did paperwork in less than an hour. We want to thank Ricky Dunk and management for an awesome experience and for the pizza too. Look forward to our next purchase.

Had my company car towed in, and worked heavily with Eduardo in service. He was an absolute professional during the whole repair process. He communicated consistently, and went above and beyond by helping me remove all of my belongings from my car. Great guy, great service department, definitely recommended .
