Got most of this done online. So when I got to the dealership we just had to sing paperwork. They did sell the one I was originally wanting to no purchase. But found me a better deal. Had that not happened I guess this review would've been different. Excuse having a hard credit placed on your credit and then. Not purchasing vehicle would've been upsetting. But they got me a great vehicle at a great price with a great warranty. Thank you

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received while inquiring about a Kia K4 at your dealership. Initially, I worked with Ashton, who provided excellent service and was willing to answer all my questions. I requested quotes for the GT-Line, EX-Line, and LXS-Line to compare my options. After receiving my initial quote, Ashton invited me to visit the showroom. I informed him that I live on a military installation approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes away and that I would prefer to finalize as many details as possible beforehand, given the long commute and my lack of transportation. Everything was going well until I received a follow-up call from Ashton regarding my decision. I informed him that I had received an offer from a Honda dealership and wanted to see if we could negotiate a better deal. At that point, he transferred me to his manager, Louis. Louis immediately pressured me to visit the showroom and refused to discuss or negotiate any details unless I came in. I reiterated my transportation constraints and explained that, as an active-duty military member, I would need to request leave from my supervisor before making the trip. However, Louis disregarded this, stating that customers from Dallas visit regularly and that it “was no big deal.” Despite my clear explanation, he repeatedly asked for a specific time and date for my visit. I told him that I needed approval from my supervisor first and would provide an update once I had it. However, he continued pressing me for an immediate answer. When I asked again whether he was willing to offer any deal before I committed to visiting, he gave me the same price as before but refused to clarify which model the quote applied to. When I sought clarification, he avoided answering my question entirely. Additionally, he displayed an unprofessional attitude, repeatedly demanding a specific time and date for my visit. I explained multiple times that I did not have an answer yet but would update him once I received approval from my supervisor. Instead of acknowledging this, he accused me of not giving him a straight answer and expressed frustration about it. At that point, I realized that I would not be doing business with this dealership due to the unprofessional and dismissive attitude of the sales manager. I had initially hoped for a transparent and respectful negotiation process, but instead, I encountered unnecessary pressure and disregard for my circumstances. I wanted to bring this to your attention as a matter of customer service. I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions for potential customers.

Foundation Kia is 45min away from where I live but after experiencing the worst customer service from Lawton Kia, I was willing to make the drive and give Foundation Kia a chance. From the moment I made the first call to Foundation Kia, I have been so impressed with their customer service! Whether over the phone or in person, everyone is so kind and willing to help. I've made a couple of phone calls to the service department to ask questions and they never make me feel like a bother. They take the time to answer questions and remain so kind. Thank you for being welcoming, professional and caring.
