Flor greeted and checked me in as soon as I pulled in for my app for my car to serviced. She was nice and got me over to service adviser quickly. Jim, my service adviser was amazing! He was patient and answered all of my questions. Kept me well informed of my cars progress while it was being serviced. 5/5 I recommend this dealership! I was beyond impressed. The dealership is nice and clean. Their waiting area is nicely set up with comfortable lounge chairs, vending machines, and a coffee machine.

Amiri helped me reserve a car and called me up when a unit with the color I preferred more came in. When I showed up he was very helpful through the whole process and not pushy. Henry helped me with the financing. He was also very good to me, giving me a great deal and explaining the figures. He had a lot of patience for my questions and respectfully handled my push back, which was really nice. Overall the deal I got here was better than other dealerships in the area, and I was very pleased with my experience!

I don't usually write reviews but they absolutely earned it. After buying my car from another AutoNation location my mechanic had concerns about a creaking sound in the front control arm. I made an appointment online quickly and easily and brought it in to this location the same day to get it checked out. I was helped by the amazing Sammy Tran who listened to my concerns, made accurate notes and explained the claims process through the included warranty. I said I would leave the car in that evening but was hoping I could get it back as soon as possible due to a long trip I have coming up. Sammy asked my communication preference and when I requested text due to the work calls the following day he was responsive with updates immediately that evening and the next morning. The team sent me photos of what was going on with my car and by 10 AM Sammy had let me know that he had submitted a warranty claim and ordered the parts. I was able to pick my car up repaired perfectly, without having to spend an penny out of pocket after amazing communication and service in LESS than 24 hours!! I can't say enough good things about AutoNation in general and particularly this service team especially Sammy. I would recommend them to anyone!!
