I don’t know where to begin. The entire experience was wonderful. I especially want to thank Brenda for making this happen for me! Brenda is an asset here. I do not live local, yet there was no conflict or nuisance with attempting to purchase a vehicle. Brenda was able to get me approved for a deal on a BMW x2. I was attempting to finance an x2 elsewhere and came across a vehicle here. Even though it sold, she offered me the same vehicle and honestly I loved it even more! Even though I was not able to go to the dealership that same day, Brenda was able to work with me. She made sure the vehicle was secured and ready for me the day I was able to go in. Her professionalism is honesty remarkable. I unfortunately could not make the set time frames or appointments I had scheduled due to distance and Uber cancellations, but Brenda remained patient. I truly appreciate that she went out of her way and had everything ready for me. The car was detailed and gorgeous. Even upon arrival at dealership, the atmosphere is amazing.
