I was looking for a used EV and found BMW of El Paso on a Google search. The car I was interested in was no longer available when I visited but Manuel Díaz helped me with a similar car that was in stock. He was very patient and answered all my questions without any high pressure tactics. I decided to move forward after a test drive and he helped me through the application and got me an amazing deal. Great service experience. I set my appointment through the app 2 days in advance for maintenance and when I arrived, it was quick and easy drop off. They didn't have any loaner vehicles at the time, but my service advisor Ana kindly provided me with Uber rides from and to the dealership as needed. Pick up was also really simple. Only feedback I have is that after they washed my car, I wish they would have cleaned the rims a bit better. But the wash was free so I can't complain too much.
