Great experience at Volvo Cars Seattle. I was browsing through their inventory, which is legitimately filled with quality cars, when I found the car that perfectly fit my criteria (low mileage, 2021 model, fully loaded in features) and a very competitive price. I called the dealership the next morning and was able to get an appointment for Friday evening. I then worked with Hayden at the dealership and was immediately pleased with his enthusiasm and knowledge. I loved his style when we went for a test drive and aside from the condition of the car, Hayden’s vibe and communication sold the car to me. I was able to workout a deal with Hayden and the finance manager, Andre right on spot even though it was late and past closing time. The next afternoon, I went over on a Saturday afternoon and despite them being busy, they were able to get me in after just a little bit of wait and we were able to get the deal completed. There was some confusion initially around the trade in value for my old car but throughout the process, Hayden and Andre were patient and professional and worked WITH me instead of trying to force the deal on me. I was able to walk away with a fair value for my trade in and more importantly, was able to walk away with a new car that I loved and overall satisfied with the entire experience. Would definitely recommend!

Was researching on the Volvo Cars Seattle Website for S60 and XC60 Recharge. Jennise from sales reached out to me for a Test Drive. Very friendly and responsive to texts. Planned to only test drive and buy a few months down the line but the sales team was determined to get me into a Volvo after seeing how impressed I was with the Test Drive and negotiated what I think is a good deal. Got myself a 2024 XC60 Recharge Plus which also happened to be the first sale for my Sales Advisor Jennise. Happy Advisor and Customer in this case. Very straightforward and efficient Sales Manager. Despite me carefully inspecting the car thoroughly before signing the paperwork and making payments, I missed noticing a very small dent on the Hood probably because it was dark by the time I finished signing the paperwork. The team caught it during the final cleaning prior to delivery the next morning and made sure I was made aware of it and they explained to me how they were going to take care of it for me for free. (REPAIR PENDING) During delivery one of the advisors patiently helped me with the initial setup of the infotainment screen and the Volvo Cars App. One thing I noticed is they promised a full tank of gas but was at 90% during delivery. Not something that bothered me. Overall a very good experience with the dealership so far and would definitely recommend them.
