2025 BMW X3 30 XDRIVE

Marquis was an amazing help with our new purchase. We tend to understand dress when we go shopping for a new car. The reason for this is the sales staff tends to leave us alone until we seek them out. On this occasion Marquis came out instantly introduced himself asked what we were interested in and did not pressure us or made us feel like we didn’t belong there. Everyone from start from finish was friendly, respectful and professional. For the first time it was a pleasure to but a car!!! Thank you everyone for a great experience.

Keeping it 100% honest. Almost perfect, but I won't reduce this 5-star rating based on the hiccup we had in Financing because it seemed to be an issue with the system itself. We drove from Kansas City to St. Louis to pick this up and it was a learning experience on the EV supercharging network outside of Tesla's superchargers which we were using before. In fact, 2 of the 3 charging stations we stopped at along I-70 were either not working or had issues. This is about the only thing I'll miss about owning a Tesla. We left at 5am and got back at 7pm, with about an 1 and 1/2 to 2 hour delay in Financing which ended up working in our favor with a reduction in payment. Tracy was very apologetic and said they would make it up to us which again we ended up paying less than we expected so that's already a win. I will say on the whole the day trip was well worth it to get this i5 M60 exactly how we wanted it (particularly in this Brooklyn Grey), and it gave us a chance to really enjoy the Driving Assistant Plus with Highway Assistant. I had the Full Self Driving with our Tesla and BMW's approach is far superior in my opinion after experiencing both systems. Big thanks to Brett for putting this deal together and for being patient while I shopped the other BMW dealerships. He wasn't dissuaded and he always was positive and courteous to me from start to finish. Very appreciative of Zach as well on the BMW Genius side for walking us through the car's setup, enrollment process, and even helping me over the phone at the Electrify America supercharging station on the way home so we could take advantage of the complimentary 2-year charging service. I would happily purchase or lease a vehicle from this dealership again in the future, and I will also point friends their way if they're looking for a good deal with quality people. Thank you!

Jens, …honestly and loyalty. Realistic approach is comforting and always available with factual answers. This is my 2nd X5 buying from him and I still have the previous one which is still a beauty! He’s the best out of all the BMW in Illinois & Missouri. Butter!
