Our 1st sales experience with BMW of Lincoln has been exemplary. Our reservation for a 2025 X5 50e was filled earlier than expected! Unfortunately, while being unloaded, and while we were en route from 3 hours away, the CDK ransomware hit and took out the operations of over 15,000 dealerships nationwide. Jeff Martz and the crew at BMW of Lincoln worked hard to get us taken care of during the outage. As no systems were up before we had to leave, Jeff drove the 3 hours out to deliver the vehicle himself when they were finally able to process purchases again. This above and beyond service and buying experience will have us returning again!
